Ricki Nordman Harell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People at Sweet Security since November 2025, Ricki previously held the position of Director of HR & Talent Acquisition and later Head of HR TLV at At-Bay, a rapidly growing cyber and specialty insurance startup. At PX, Ricki leveraged in-depth HR knowledge to ensure compliance and enhance organizational culture during tenure as Senior HR Manager. With roles ranging from HR & Admin Manager to Office Manager at PX, and earlier positions such as Head of the Visa Department at the Consulate General of Israel, Ricki has built a comprehensive skill set. Educational qualifications include two Master’s degrees in Organizational Development and Counseling from the College of Management Academic Studies.
