Dina Nassar currently serves as a People & Culture Specialist at Swedish Match, where responsibilities include HR business partnering, organizational development, and performance management. Prior experience includes roles as an HR & Communications Generalist and Coordinator at Swedish Match, where focus areas included recruitment, employee engagement, and internal communication. Dina also optimized HR processes for V2 Tobacco as an HR Consultant. Prior to these positions, Maternity leaves allowed for personal development, and an entrepreneurial stint involved creating and managing Gallery Nassar.
