Cecilia Wiren is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Svea Solar. Previously, they were the VP HR Nordics at Adecco, where they led HR strategy for over 10,000 employees. Their background includes roles such as Senior HR Director at Arla Foods and Head of HR at Advokatfirman Lindahl. Cecilia holds an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master’s in Psychology from Lund University.
