Manuela Alejandra Perez Martinez has a background in workforce management and service excellence, having worked as a Workforce Manager at Sitel from 2020 to 2021 and as a WFM Resource Planner at Sutherland from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they held customer service roles at Transcom from 2009 to 2012. Manuela earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from Fundación Universitaria CEIPA between 2015 and 2019.
