Holly Fletcher is currently the Performance Pathway Lead at Surf Life Saving New Zealand, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they served as the High Performance Team Services Manager at Swimming New Zealand from 2018 to 2020, where they focused on developing the junior athlete pathway. Holly has also held coaching positions, including Head Coach at the Otago University Rowing Club and a coach at Playball Dunedin. Educationally, they are pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at the University of Ottawa, building upon a Graduate Diploma in Sports Business and a Bachelor of Physical Education from Massey University and the University of Otago, respectively.
