Simon Chen is the founder of SSW IT Consulting AB, providing consulting services in Rust, software engineering, integration, and distributed systems since February 2024. Concurrently, Simon holds a position as a Blockchain Rust Engineer at SupraOracles, focusing on blockchain layer1, consensus protocols, move VM, and p2p networking since August 2023. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Ericsson, where Simon served as a Senior Integration Leader and Software Engineer, leading large-scale integrations for 5G RAN and developing software engineering practices. Simon also held roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Ericsson, developing embedded real-time software. Earlier experiences include positions at Nokia Siemens Network and Guangdong Nortel, specializing in DSP platform software and embedded system development. Simon holds a Master's degree in Communication System and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from South China University of Technology.
