Marisela Gutierrez has a diverse professional background in education and community leadership, with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Beginning as an Assistant to the Principal and Rugby Coach at The Noble Network of Charter Schools in 2009, Marisela held positions including Operations Manager and Dean of Students at KIPP NYC. In 2019, Marisela transitioned to KIPP Chicago as an English Learner Case Manager and later served as a High School Transition Advisor and DREAMer Supports Manager. In addition, Marisela worked as an Admissions Counselor at Adler University and as a Majority Leader at Supermajority, focusing on centering women of color in leadership. Recently, Marisela entered the real estate industry as a Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and is currently a Real Estate Agent with Realty of America. Marisela holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University-Portland.
