Kimberly Nielsen is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in recruitment strategy and process management. Serving as the Senior Manager of People Acquisition at Sunrun since May 2019, Kimberly oversees a team of local and remote recruiters across various functions, drives proactive recruitment strategies, manages key performance indicators, and maintains engaging relationships with leadership at all organizational levels.
