Charlotte Parish currently serves as an Executive Business Partner at Suno, a position held since November 2025. In addition, Charlotte is the CEO and Co-founder of Diversity and Inclusion Group (DIG) for the New England Regional Volleyball Association since June 2020. Previous experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant at Tyton Partners from January 2024 to November 2025 and at Iterative Health from August 2022 to January 2024, where Charlotte supported the CTO and the VP of Finance and Operations. An English teacher at Lexington Public Schools from August 2015 to January 2023, Charlotte also gained teaching experience as a substitute teacher in Boston and Brookline Public Schools and as a student teacher with Boston Public Schools. Charlotte holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English, both from Boston College.
