Joseph F. currently serves as Vice President of People & Culture at Sunland Logistics Solutions since August 2025. Prior to this role, Joseph held several key HR positions including Executive HR Director for North America and Latin America at ITT Inc., Global Senior HR Business Partner at Precision Castparts, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Plastic Omnium. Joseph began a career in human resources at GE, where leadership was demonstrated in integrating acquired sites and managing extensive employee groups. Joseph also has experience as a Training Specialist at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, enhancing leadership training programs. Joseph holds an MBA from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University, and an HR Analytics Certification from Cornell University.
