Tim Johnson is an accomplished leader in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Automation and Head of Insurance Operations Delivery at Suncorp Group since August 2007. Johnson has extensive experience in various senior roles, including CFO of Insurance, Executive Manager of Statutory Claims Operations, and Executive Manager of the Policy Lifecycle Program, where initiatives such as the implementation of major claims systems and operational improvements were spearheaded. Prior to Suncorp, a career as a Business Performance Consultant facilitated engagements with various prominent organizations, and an earlier tenure as an Army Officer armed Johnson with solid leadership and operational skills. Johnson holds an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University, a BSc from UNSW, and has pursued leadership training at the Melbourne Business School.
