Marcus Grimes, PMP, has extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles across various organizations. They served as the Director of Systems Engineering and Director of Performance Systems and Analytics at Luna Innovations Incorporated and Luna Labs, where they managed significant budgets and implemented strategic programs that fostered growth and quality management. Prior to this, Marcus held multiple positions with the US Army, including Deputy Director of Analysis and Insights, where they directed teams in operational analysis and strategic planning. Currently, they lead the Engineering Team at Sun Tribe, focusing on the design and execution of energy projects. Marcus holds multiple advanced degrees in engineering and military science.
