Ajay Bedarkar serves as the Business Head and General Manager of Marketing & Sales at Sun Pharma since April 2014, where responsibilities include P&L management and leading the marketing and sales efforts for cardiovascular and diabetes teams. The role involves developing marketing strategies to achieve profitable growth, increasing market share, and implementing innovative practices to enhance brand performance. Prior to this position, Ajay held various roles in marketing and product management across reputable companies, including Abbott Healthcare and Lupin, focusing on brand leadership and market share growth within specific therapy areas. Ajay holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management & Research in Pune and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from M.G.V's College of Pharmacy.
