Shamika Hoyt is the Assistant Vice President of Client Success for Health & Risk Solutions at Sun Life. With over 20 years in the insurance industry, they have worked with a range of insurance carriers and brokerage firms, developing expertise in health and ancillary lines of coverage. Shamika previously held positions as a Stop Loss Internal Sales Team Manager and Associate Director of Client Management at Sun Life, and has experience in underwriting, marketing, and servicing insurance accounts. They also serve as the Chair of the Black Excellence Alliance, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Shamika holds an Associate degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Massasoit Community College.
