Previously, they served as Assistant Vice President of the Contact Center Program at Sun Life, leading a migration to a cloud-based platform while managing relationships with senior executives. Before Sun Life, Martin held various leadership roles at Millennium 1 Solutions and Rogers Communications, where they directed project management teams and significantly improved operational performance across multiple business units. They began their career with an educational background in Accounting from Durham College.
