Steve Greer is a professional urban/regional planner and public administrator with over thirty-two years of experience in management and supervision across various disciplines including development review and code enforcement. They served as the Community Development Director for the City of Centennial from 2016 to 2022 and have held multiple planning roles in other municipalities such as the Town of Castle Rock and Town of Parker, Colorado. Currently, Steve holds the position of Deputy County Manager in Summit County, Colorado, where they continue to apply their expertise in comprehensive planning and regulatory development. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Northern Colorado from 1985 to 1989.
