Davis Gilbert is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Summit, where they focus on creating value through transparency and innovative insurance solutions. Previously, Davis held the position of Vice President of Revenue at APOLLO Insurance, co-founding a retail distribution channel that acquired over 15,000 policyholders in its first year. They also served as Innovation Practice Manager at Wawanesa Insurance, leading multi-million dollar projects aimed at improving underwriting efficiency and loss prevention. With experience ranging from Director of Strategy and Innovation at MIG Insurance to a personal trainer at Snap Fitness, Davis has consistently demonstrated a commitment to innovation and performance across diverse roles. Davis earned a Master's degree in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queen's University.
