Stephen Mole, CPPD, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Service at Sulzer Australia since January 2023, Stephen previously held the position of Executive General Manager Operations at Worley from October 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, Stephen was General Manager Operations and PMO Manager at Todae Solar, and served as Strategic Asset Tactical Planning Leader at Mercury, where responsibilities included enhancing asset management frameworks. A long tenure at Alstom Power included roles such as Project Management Director, where Stephen oversaw risk management and project execution for a significant portfolio in Australia and New Zealand. Stephen holds a Graduate Certificate of Management from the University of Tasmania and is a Certified Practicing Project Director from the Australian Institute of Project Management.
