Michel RICHARD is an experienced engineering and management professional with a strong background in subsea and offshore construction. Currently serving as the Singapore Country Director and APME Engineering Director at Subsea7 since February 2010, Michel oversees engineering teams across multiple locations and is a member of the Global Projects Center East leadership team. Previous roles include Operational Functions Director and Managing Director at AMEC, where Michel managed engineering and supply chain functions for the Africa, Middle East & Caspian Sea region. With earlier experience spanning positions such as Engineering Director for the Pipeline Group and Technical & Engineering Director, Michel has demonstrated expertise in product management, engineering team leadership, and project execution across various companies, including ACERGY, CGG, STOLT OFFSHORE, and ETPM. Michel holds an Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centrale Lyon ENISE.
