Esther Tan is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Since August 2019, Esther has served as both a Project Manager and Product Manager at Subnero, contributing to the development of the SWAN (Subnero Water Assessment Network), an advanced system for monitoring and visualizing water quality data. Prior to this role, Esther worked as an Executive Project Engineer at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore from August 2016 to August 2019, overseeing technical design management and conducting integrated test activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
