Benjamin Stell is a retired railway power systems engineer who has served in various senior and principal engineering roles throughout their career, including positions at STV and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. Since 2017, they have worked as a Principal/Senior Engineer in Traction Power at STV while also contributing as the Choir Director at St. Vladimir Orthodox Church since 2024. Benjamin holds multiple degrees from Northeastern University, including a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Washington University in St. Louis. Benjamin’s extensive experience in traction power engineering spans over three decades.
