David Pilsbury is an accomplished professional in international education, with a diverse portfolio of advisory and leadership roles. Pilsbury served as a Member of the Board of Advisors for IDP Connect from May 2020 to July 2021 and currently holds positions as an International Education Advisory Board Member for Times Higher Education and Chair of the UK Advisory Board for Studyportals. As the Chair of the PVCI Network Steering Group for Universities UK International from September 2018 to September 2021, Pilsbury contributed significantly to the sector. Pilsbury's extensive experience also includes board memberships with the China-Britain Business Council, Macau Millennium College, and Emirates Aviation University, as well as a longstanding association with the Vocational Training Council as a Hon Fellow. Pilsbury gained academic credentials with a D.Phil in Physiology from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Physiology from the University of London.
