Michael Sim is an Associate Design Director currently leading a talented design team at StudioXAG, working on high-profile projects in the luxury and premium sectors. With a background in architecture, Michael has held diverse roles, including Global Head of Visual Merchandising at MADE.COM and Lead Visual Creative Designer at Liberty Ltd, where they oversaw the artistic direction and installation of iconic store windows. Previously, they contributed to Burberry as a VM & Experience Production Coordinator and held key positions at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, gaining extensive experience in retail and visual merchandising. Michael holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the Edinburgh College of Art and the University of Edinburgh, respectively.
