Martijn van Rossum is an entrepreneur, speaker, and trainer who focuses on helping organizations develop and retain young talent. Since 2018, they have owned Horen, Zien & Handelen, a consultancy aimed at improving oversight in both private and public sectors. Martijn also runs The New Crew, which supports young professionals and organizations striving for social impact. With over two decades of experience in various roles, including as a ScaleUp Pro at ScaleUp Company, they have successfully guided numerous young talents and organizations towards sustainable success. Martijn holds an MSc in Medical Informatics from the University of Amsterdam.
