Tom Chergey is currently the Vice President and General Manager of Joint Replacement at Stryker, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Vice President and General Manager for Mako from 2015 to 2025, and held various roles at Stryker and Surgi-Care, including Sales Rep and Sales Manager. Tom completed their Bachelor’s degree in Business from Rutgers University from 1980 to 1983, and participated in the Stryker Leadership program at Harvard Business School in 2013.
