Russell Miller has an extensive background in engineering and manufacturing, with a focus on design assurance and quality management. They served as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Graco, and held various leadership roles at St. Jude Medical from 1993 to 2006, including Plant Manager. Russell also achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National Guard, retiring in 2005. Currently, they are the Director of Design Assurance in the T&E Division at Stryker and are pursuing advanced degrees in Manufacturing Engineering Systems at the University of St. Thomas and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
