Elena Doce (Steffan) is a driven engineer currently working as a Staff Engineer in Patient Specific Solutions at Stryker, where they design custom orthopedic implants to meet unique patient needs. Previously, they held various engineering roles at Stryker, including R&D Intern and Knee Product Development Engineer, where they contributed to product development, design control, and project management. Elena also gained experience as a Project Engineering Co-op at Hasbro and an Engineering Intern at Praxair, where they developed tools to streamline processes. They earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design, Innovation, and Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
