Abhishek Janaswamy Venkat has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Trainee at SONA BLW PRECISION FÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×INGS LTD., where they investigated various manufacturing operations and characterized the technical aspects of bevel gear production for steering systems. In the same year, they also served as a Steering Engineer at BAJA SAEINDIA, where they designed and implemented a steering system for an All-Terrain Electric Vehicle and conducted a SWOT analysis in the EV segment. In 2017, Abhishek joined Maruti Suzuki India Limited as a Trainee, where they successfully performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to identify stress points and redesigned solutions for grippers, ultimately reducing the project timeline.
