Claire O'Hara is currently the Head of Sales Strategy and Operations for EMEA at Stripe. Prior to joining Stripe in 2023, Claire held positions at Meta as Global Director of Business Planning and Operations for Gaming and App Monetisation Solutions, and at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager after serving as an Associate. Claire's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Engineer at Arup between 2006 and 2015, and as a Change Executive at Ashoka from 2012 to 2014. Claire earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
