Mohamed Carrim is a highly experienced IT professional with a robust background in providing Tier II and Tier III support across various organizations. Currently serving as Supervisor of the IT Helpdesk at Stride, Inc. since June 2016, Mohamed specializes in a wide range of technical areas including Office 365, malware removal, data migration, and network configuration. Prior roles include Regional Technical Specialist at K12, where support was provided for Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite, and Network Consultant at Moca Investments CC, focusing on comprehensive IT solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
