Nir Hoffer is a corporate finance professional and registered CPA with extensive experience in M&A, strategic partnerships, and venture capital investments. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Stratasys, Nir leads the execution of significant corporate transactions and has successfully managed transformational deals in the 3D printing industry. Previously, Nir accumulated over 12 years at Rothschild & Co, being involved in notable M&A transactions and providing advisory services for IPOs. Nir earned a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, Nir is a keen amateur chess player, drawing parallels between chess strategy and business planning.
