Catherine has over 35 years of experience with leadership roles in global healthcare including pre-split Abbott Laboratories and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Catherine is not a practicing attorney.
She also is an independent board director at Meridian Biosciences and InMed Pharmaceuticals, a board observer at Vascugen Inc., a consultant to several biopharma companies, an advisory board member for the External Innovation Center at Rosalind Franklin University, and a lecturer at the University of Chicago.
Catherine has a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
