Bart Kamya is a seasoned corporate M&A lawyer with extensive experience in legal counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Mubadala and General Counsel at both STRATA Manufacturing PJSC and The Sanad Group since September 2019, Bart has also held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at ETA Group of Companies. Previously, Bart worked at Ladbrokes Coral focusing on M&A and corporate development, and began a legal career as a solicitor at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and Eversheds, furthering expertise through a secondment at Cisco. Bart's foundational legal education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Cardiff University.
