Through our technology enabled funding platform we specialize in originating and acquiring short term senior loans secured by commercial and residential investment properties.  
 
As a result of Stormfield's experience and discretionary capital pool, we are able to underwrite situations which present an urgent need for capital. Typical special situations may include quick closing real estate acquisition, renovation /construction completion loans, foreclosure avoidance, partner or equity buyouts, property stabilization, discounted debt repurchases, NPL divestitures, note-on-note financing, master repurchase facilities, table funding, and more.
