Alice Naundorf is a Master of Science in Organizational and Business Psychology and has extensive experience in human resources and training. They served as Country HR Manager for Germany at INNIO Power from 2018 to 2021, overseeing HR functions in Spain and Portugal, and have been a Freelance Trainer at abb e.V. since 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture, responsible for Germany and the UK at Stora Enso, while also supporting the group's Innovation, Research, and Development functions. Prior roles include HR Manager for GE Distributed Power and Senior Country HR Manager for INNIO Group.
