Previously, they held various leadership roles at Microsoft, where they specialized in enhancing customer experiences and driving operational efficiencies across multiple Latin American countries. Córdova's educational background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Planning and Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
