Mariane Madureira has over 13 years of experience in integrated risk management, specializing in operational and financial risk, internal controls, compliance, and auditing. Currently at Stone, they develop strategies for assessing and monitoring various types of risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Previously, Mariane worked as an Internal Audit Specialist at Sebrae-SP, where they conducted comprehensive evaluations of business processes and implemented the first internal IT audit based on the COBIT framework. They began their career as an intern at Wilton Roveri Advogados Associados and have held various roles in quality assurance and administration. Mariane holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and is currently pursuing an Accounting degree at Trevisan Escola de Negócios.
