Sharon French is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in transforming technology teams and delivering innovative solutions across various industries. At Stitch Fix since June 2022, Sharon leads the platform team supporting stylist tooling for the flagship Fix product, adeptly navigating organizational transformation. Previously, from March 2018 to June 2022, Sharon served as Product Group Leader and Rising Leaders Program Manager at Paylocity, driving critical enhancements in payroll and HR software. Prior experience includes a decade at DST Health Solutions managing large engineering teams focused on health products, and foundational roles at Xtensible Technology and Rogue Wave Software, where Sharon contributed to product delivery and software engineering initiatives. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
