Victor Garcia currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at OrderYOYO, Europe's leading SaaS vendor for local takeaway restaurants, since January 2023. Prior to this, Victor was a Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp. from June 2019 to April 2023, where focus was on investment banking within the enterprise software and industrial technology sectors. Victor held multiple roles at Broadview, including Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe within the Global Technology Group, and had significant experience as an Executive Director at Nomura from July 2002 to August 2009. Additionally, Victor worked as Managing Director at Mooreland Partners from September 2009 to July 2019, specializing in M&A and private capital raising for growth industries. Victor is also a Founding Partner at Vestrian, starting in February 2023.
