Philipp Sperber

Software Engineer

Philipp Sperber has been a Software Engineer since 2016. In 2021, they began working at Sticker Mule, where they are working on a Go backend service that nests items in a 2-dimensional bin. Philipp is also implementing state of the art computational geometry with focus on runtime and nesting efficiency. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Bosch Engineering GmbH, where they developed software in different domains with different programming languages and tools. Philipp also worked on projects in Automotive Internet of Things and Smart Home, and completed their master thesis about designing and implementing a multiprotocol solution in the 2.4 GHz frequency band (Zigbee/BLE). In 2016, they also worked at Franz Josef Mayer GmbH as a Software Engineer.

Philipp Sperber obtained their Matura from HTL Wien Rennweg in 2013 with a focus in Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation. Philipp then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics und Microsystems from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, which they completed in 2016. In 2019, they earned their Master of Science in Mechatronics from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt. In December 2022, they obtained a certification in Algorithms Specialization from Coursera.
