Dan Stieper currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Stibo Systems since June 2021, previously holding the position of Senior HR Business Partner EMEA. Prior experience includes working as a Global HR Business Partner at Evotec from January 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed M&A HR due diligence, global HR projects, governance, Workday implementation, and executive counseling. Dan's earlier roles at DNV GL involved HR management, project management, and leading HR operations. A strong foundation in HR was established through various internships and positions in global companies, including BDO Germany, Hapag-Lloyd AG, Air Liquide, and Beiersdorf. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Management and Finance from the University of Hamburg and has obtained degrees from Ewha Womans University and Akademie für Außenhandel.
