Karen Melby is the Managing Director of the Midwest Region-Interim Resources at StevenDouglas, where they provide leadership and oversee daily operations for the Minneapolis office. They are responsible for developing new business and recruiting professionals in finance, accounting, internal audit, compliance, human resources, and IT. Prior to this, Karen managed a Minneapolis office of a global professional services firm for over five years, achieving record revenue and associate headcount. With 17 years of experience in new business development and human resources consulting at firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, and Towers Perrin, Karen brings a wealth of expertise to their current role. They are currently pursuing education at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
