Evan Pesonen currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Sterling Bay, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Evan was a Senior Investment Associate in Asset Management at KBS Realty Advisors from September 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading investment objectives across several key markets and managing the underwriting process for acquisitions and development projects. Earlier in the career, Evan worked at EY from September 2013 to August 2016, progressing from Assurance Staff to Assurance Senior. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Chapman University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
