Desmond Bowen is currently the Managing Director for Singapore and Malaysia in Healthcare at STERIS Corporation, a role held since 2025. Prior to this, Desmond served as Regional Director for Southeast Asia and Regional Sales Manager for Surgical in Asia Markets at STERIS Corporation. Desmond's experience also includes positions as a National Business Manager at TRUMPF Med Australia and a National Clinical Application Specialist at Maquet Getinge Group. Desmond began their career as a Theatre and ICU Technician at Epworth, contributing to the healthcare field from 2003 to 2011.
