Passion Thompson (Burcy) serves as the EHSS Manager at Sterigenics since August 2025. Prior roles encompassed positions at Jacobs as a Global Environmental Engineer, Coca-Cola Beverages Florida as Compliance Project Manager, Leidos as Quality Control Lead/Interim EHS Manager, and Vectrus as Environmental Compliance Specialist, among others. Passion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology/Environmental Health and Safety from Northern Illinois University.
