Clodagh Coghlan is the Managing Director of Private Equity at StepStone Group, a global private markets firm overseeing over $659 billion in private capital allocations. They began their career as an intern analyst at Equinox Fund Management and Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America in 2010, later serving as VP of Member Service at Georgetown University Alumni & Student Federal Credit Union. Clodagh held various roles at StepStone Group, including Private Equity Principal and Vice President, focusing on co-investments and small buyout primary investments. They graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in French and International Business from Georgetown University in 2013 and are actively involved in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the firm.
