Paul R. Haut is an accomplished leadership coach and healthcare executive with extensive experience in pediatric medicine and hospital administration. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Stephanie Wood Group and as President and Founder of PRHaut Leadership, LLC since January 2023, Paul previously held significant roles at Riley Hospital for Children, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer. Additionally, Paul was an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at IUPUI for two decades and has experience as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Paul earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and an AB in Political Science from Brown University, complemented by a recent certification in Executive Coaching from iPEC.
