Kristin McGraner is the Co-Founder and CEO of Thrive Therapies Group, a social enterprise dedicated to transforming the care of children with disabilities. With a background rooted in education and policy, Kristin previously founded and led STEM Preparatory Academy, recognized as Tennessee’s highest-performing school system for multilingual learners. Their work has been honored with the 2023 Healthcare Start-Up of the Year award, and Kristin's extensive experience includes leadership roles in both teaching and research at Vanderbilt University. Kristin holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University.
