Rakesh Sharma is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in propulsion systems and driveline technologies. Currently serving as Assistant Chief Engineer for Propulsion Systems at Stellantis since March 2019, Rakesh specializes in electric drive modules, gear reducers, and mechanical all-wheel-drive systems. Prior to this role, Rakesh held positions at Ford Motor Company as Global FWD/AWD Driveline Systems Engineer and at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as a Senior Product Engineer. Earlier career experiences include roles at Netrion and General Motors, complemented by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Technology from PAU, Ludhiana.
