Andrew McLearen is an experienced engineering leader with over a decade of global expertise in product development. Currently serving as a High Voltage Battery Pack Senior Systems Engineer at Stellantis, Andrew leads system integration and develops automotive HVBS products. Previously, Andrew held roles at LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. and Stellantis, where they managed automotive product development and design activities. In addition to their professional experience, Andrew is pursuing an Electrification Fundamentals Certification at Oakland University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, graduated Cum Laude.
